1. Order Processing Time

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We offer reliable shipping across India through our domestic courier partners.

3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations, including the European Union, USA, and UK.

Delivery Timeline: International orders usually arrive within 10-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Important Note on Customs & Duties: > Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tambora is not responsible for these charges. These are the responsibility of the customer.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking link. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window provided in your tracking link, please contact us at tamboraclothingstore@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that many couriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We recommend using a physical residential or business address to ensure successful delivery.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items: If you receive your order damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact us at tamboraclothingstore@gmail.com.

Incorrect Address: Tambora is not responsible for lost packages if the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
