At Tambora, we want you to love your loungewear. If you are not perfectly satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your pajama set must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • With all original tags still attached.

  • In its original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items and Gift Cards.

  • Custom products or personalized orders.

  • Personal care goods (if applicable to your store).

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. European Union 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still meet the eligibility criteria (unworn, with tags, original packaging) mentioned above.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval, please reach out to us at tamboraclothingstore@gmail.com.
